Tucker Chandler, MSW, joined CaroNova in winter 2025. As a Senior Program Manager, Tucker is responsible for leading the design and implementation of project plans across the Improving Mental Wellness portfolio, which includes the Mental Wellness Through Schools pilot. Prior to joining CaroNova, Tucker worked at the University of South Carolina supporting research, data collection and innovation on the School Behavioral Health Team for the South Carolina public school system. Tucker shares her research and knowledge, facilitating regional workshops and presentations on youth and school mental health. She has also co-authored three publications on school mental health literacy. Tucker is a member of the Carolina Network for School Behavioral Health and the Southeastern School Behavioral Health Community. She serves as a site leader with Salkehatchie Summer Service and volunteers at The Art SHAC, a secondhand art collective in Winston Salem. Tucker has a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Georgia.
