CaroNova collaborates across North and South Carolina to accelerate the development and adoption of health innovations that improve care delivery and health outcomes in the Carolinas. A charitable nonprofit, CaroNova provides leadership in implementation science and human-centered design to clear the path for its partners (healthcare providers, payors, and community health advocates) to co-design and implement advancements toward an affordable and effective healthcare system for every Carolinian.

RFP: CaroNova 3 to 5-Year Strategic Plan
CaroNova, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, is seeking a strategic planning partner to help the organization outline a clear path for the next 3 to 5 years, including goals, key impact areas, financial development strategy, and value proposition. While open to various strategic planning methodologies, we expect the plan development process to engage a wide range of CaroNova stakeholders including its governing board, staff, advisory council, program partners, and state leaders. The suggested timeline will require a consultant that utilizes strong project management tools and can quickly bring teams to consensus.
