Sarah Cavaiani

Sarah Cavaiani has been with CaroNova since its launch in 2025, bringing her background in nonprofit operations and development along with her passion for building health equity across the Carolinas. As CaroNova’s Business Administration Manager, Sarah is tasked with ensuring the organization’s overall operational excellence. Prior to joining the team, Sarah worked as a project manager with the North Carolina Healthcare Foundation and in additional capacities advancing early childhood development. She is also an accomplished musician and serves on the board of Musical Empowerment, a nonprofit bridging music and mentorship. Sarah has a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
