Megan Lydon, MSPH

Megan Lydon, MSPH is an accomplished public health expert with more than 10 years of experience in program evaluation and team leadership. She joined CaroNova in July 2025. In her role as Director of Measurement & Impact, Megan is responsible for developing and leading measurement and evaluation efforts for all CaroNova initiatives to optimize research and analysis. Prior to joining the team, Megan worked in global health. Much of her work focused on maternal and newborn health for women and children in sub-Saharan Africa. She is passionate about reproductive health and health equity. Megan earned her Master of Science in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
