Jessica Foster, MPH is a skilled professional, dedicated to improving public health, health care access, and health equity. She joined CaroNova as a Program Manager in May 2022, bringing over 10 years of experience in publicly funded health care programs. In that role, she managed and contributed to CaroNova behavioral health and workforce initiatives. As Director of Policy, she ensures that CaroNova initiatives help advance its overall purpose. She analyzes, monitors, and advises on directional shifts in CaroNova’s areas of focus to enable reforms that accelerate the future of health. Jessica received her Master of Public Health in Health Policy & Management from the University of California, Berkeley and her Bachelor of Arts in Print Journalism from the University of South Carolina.
