Audrey Loper, MS, MPH

Audrey Loper, MPH, MS joined CaroNova in July 2025. As a Managing Director, she oversees the co-design, testing, and replication of health innovation models with a focus on CaroNova’s Transforming Serious Illness Care and Strengthening the Healthcare Workforce impact areas. Prior to joining the team, Audrey served as Senior Implementation Specialist for the Collaborative for Implementation Practice at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she also earned her Master of Public Health with a focus on Public Health Leadership. Audrey is an active volunteer with Raleigh Organizing Against Racism and regularly serves as an election official in her local precinct.
