Chip Sudderth

Chip Sudderth joined CaroNova in spring 2025 after more than 20 years of increasing responsibility as a communicator for K-12 school systems, capped off with a seven-year stint as Chief Communications Officer for Durham Public Schools. He has written for, coached, and managed teams producing award-winning online and print content, and freelanced or consulted for small businesses and nonprofits across multiple sectors. He has also produced and hosted podcasts in the pop culture and technology spheres since 2009. He has an MA in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
